Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. // Matthew 7:7-8

Today I opened up my “Bible” app and decided to read the verse of the day. Today’s verse was Matt 7:7-8. While reading this familiar verse I developed a grin, ear to ear, as I felt God’s faithfulness reveal to me once again in my life. Sure, God doesn’t give us everything we ever want, when we want it, but he sees our true hearts, our desires he has placed in us and waits for the right time.

One “hot topic” on my prayer list for years was to pray for a Godly husband. One that had a rich heart, who was a strong disciple of God who would lead our family, and someone who was a little wild like me, haha...

After many years (and prayers…) of coming to a place of contentment with myself, knowing who I was in God, and truly enjoying life, family & friends around me, God finally brought together my (now) husband and me! For those of you who don't know (which should not include anyone who has me on my Facebook or Instagram lol), I recently got married to my husband Geo, and we couldn’t be more happy! We are so thankful for our unique story, and we truly see the blessing on our lives when doing things the Godly way. We all mess up sometimes, but that is why grace is so key.

If this is a “hot topic” for you, my advise would be: Do not rush it. There is a reason why you are in the waiting. If you become inpatient and want to compromise, STOP! It is always worth waiting for God’s best! Seek God and get to know him even better. You got this!

Tchau tchau,
